Pied-à-Terre Tax Hearing

The City Council's Committee on Governmental Operations, State & Federal Legislation, meeting jointly with the Committee on Finance, took testimony on implementation of the pied-à-terre surcharge at Council Chambers, City Hall.

Co-ops & Condos United of NY submitted written testimony to the joint hearing — not to re-litigate whether the surcharge should exist, but to press the Council on how its implementation is harming co-op and condo homeowners who were never its targets.
